KY Touch Mage 2-in-1 Warming Body Mage?

I know what this is.. and I think I know what they mean by more sensitive ares... but I'm not totally 100% sure.. could you please tell? I'm just curious! And please don't say I should be old enough to know! Please just clear this up for me!!
