Is this fair?

my parents said I can call my friends over and everything. Then there is this sat prep thing i go to. They give you a diagnostic test and if you get a 1750 or above they put u in these special psat cles. I was really tired and i got a 1600 on the practice test. My parents got mad at me. They didn't even put me dinner. Then the next morning I woke up early and called the sat area and told them how I was tired and if I could take another test. They said there was no need and they would sign me up for those cles anyways. After I told my mom this she was still mad. I even told her i can go to the sat center and take another test and how I will study harder. She still wouldn't listen and my mom told me to tell my friends to cancel the party.
