Is this stalking? I have been told it isn't.?

Yea that's stalking...i was in a simular situation...well I don't think they have stopped I just flipped **** and let it known that i was *done* with them but I doubt they're obsession was effected in a positive way. Best bet is to get restraining order against them (something I never did) so if it continues they can legally get in trouble.
