I need help plz my baby is so miserable!?

my little girl is one month old i was feeding the first two weeks but couldn't because i ran dry and other problems so i put her on emfamil for fussiness and gas it seems to work ok plus my doc said to put some cereal in her bottles to help with her spitting up. Its not helping too much so i decided to try soy i have only given her three feeding and she is constantly fussy she has basically been crying for the past 4 hours. She is miserable and i have never heard her cry like this! Could she be allergic to soy and cow milk? She isn't constipated and mylicon and gripe water doesn't work well only like 15 minutes Like i said she is gy fussy and spits up a lot. She always sounds congested like she is snoring i try sucking her nose out and nothing? Should i try Nurtigum or however its spelled i have voiced my concorns with the doctor and she says basically she will grow out of it and to keep giving her mylicon and gripe water plz i m so exhausted and so is my hubby
