I got old P4-1.6ghz with an even older 10Years old 20GB hardisk extracted from P3. Want to change hardisk?

you'll see the difference no doubt. the hd cache alone will be much larger and the spindle speed is probably faster as well as the interface, theres more then one kind of ide and chances are the old one is like ultra ata 33 or slower and the new one will be faster
