My Blood parrot died this morning :(?

First of all I would test the water for pH, Ammonia, Nitrite and Nitrate. A possible cause is that your tap water contains Chloramine, which isn't removed by Tetra Aquasafe. Another possibility is that the water wasn't at the correct temperature when it was added to the tank.
