The timing is right for this one. It isn't a huge step up from Marshall to Moss this year. On average, Moss is outscoring Marshall by a little under 4 points a game. However, with Orton injured, Marshall's big play potential goes down most likely. In addition, with Westbrook iffy for the rest of the season, you can better afford to give up LT because McCoy is likely to see a significantly increased workload. Lynch has been less than impressive this year, but at least he's a starter. I would definitely make this deal.
