My bf got really close!?

My bf and I have not been together that long. Today he was over at my house and we were just laying there and talking when he like got on top of me. Oh and btw I'm 13. We started making out i didn't really care. Then he was like up my shirt and in my bran and like bouncing... it was kind of awkward but now I'm hpapy but scared and awkward around him. I feel like he will hurt me! What do I do, did he go too far???
