Who sings the song evil woman?

I am trying to find out who sings a song called "Evil Woman". I am not even sure that is the name of it but I think it is. I am not talking about the one by ELO or Sabbath or something Hughes. It's not El something or other either. I know I am not much help....I heard it on the radio a while ago and had never heard it before. It is a 70's song, the guy is kinda talking more than singing If I remember correctly. I also think I remember something about the woman walking out the door and turning into a black cat. lol I am sorry I dont have much info. Does anyone have any clue who this could be???
