I'm a girl though not a guy, but no way she doesn't hate you. She L.I.K.E.S. you. Yeh if some guy comes and says something to me three times and I do not like him, I would normally tell to get lost, or being politer would avoid him. But she's giggling and stuff, cuz she's flirting. But my mate, she might thing you are too available, so what you need to do now is p by her and not say a thing to her. That'll make her come to her senses and realize you are special and not some vague guy. But to answer your question..the fact that she giggled means yeh, she has a crush on you or a stated earlier that she L.I.K.E.S. you :)
