this is a bad idea. you may not be blood-relatives, but you are still part of the same family... you spend time together in family situations. think about how weird that would be. if you guys did get together, and then you broke up (which is inevitable), how awkward is it going to be for you guys (and the rest of your family) when you are forced to spend time together at family get-togethers. you are 12yrs. old!! you shouldn't be focusing your time on trying to hook up with your cousins brother. you SHOULD be focusing on learning how to use punctuation, so that people on the internet can decipher what you are trying to say.
