that's up to the individual. if it works for you, then it's the best FOR YOU. someone else might not be able to stay on it, so it wouldn't be the best for them. they might stay on it for as long as it takes to lose the weight, but then go off it and gain again. I've always maintained (and said so to several in here) that the best diet is the one you can live with; the one you can stay on.
