You could try putting honey on your lips before you go to sleep. Its the only thing that worked for me, other products didnt do it. If you want to add a exfoliating factor you can add sugar to it.

Basic Fundamentals of AFL?

Im playing AFL on Wednesday for the first time in a while, and I need to know the basic flowing of play etc. For example if and when i get tackled, what next? I can kick fairly well but this is my first actual game.

Alright so yesterday night at the sports banquet I was named captain of the cheerleading team. I'm going to be a sopre for the 2008-2009 school year. Now some older girls on the team thought they would get captain but as you can see they didn't and they are mad at me. So what should I do?? I'm not going to give up my title but i have no idea what to do with the older girls who are going to give me problems because i'm younger and was named captain. Please help me:)

The best thing you can do is just tell him how you feel. You may have to tell him 100 times or a 1000 times. Hopefully, he'll eventually get the message. If telling him doesn't work, put your feelings in writing and leave for him to find. If he doesn't feel comfortable talking, maybe he'll be more cooperative in writing
